Inside the Christian/Biblical worldview, the question of the source is completely entrenched in God. This belief is that God created all that is there and that he rules over it autonomously. Each person has a worldview, whether we recognize it or not. It impacts the way in which we reason and consequently the way we act. As Christian educators, it is important that we be aware that learning is not self-determining of our faith or a belief scheme. But rather, to make certain that Godrs revelation, not our cultural biases, is the source of our worldview and Christian educational footing. Biblical Worldview What is meant by a biblical worldview? According to Tackett (n.d.), a biblical worldview is based on the infallible Word of God (para. 7). My worldview has been molded and lengthened over the progression of my thirty-seven years on earth by influences, such as family, friends, situations, and total strangers. However, the sturdiest feature of my worldview is my sense of beliefs and principles. As Christians, we identify that there is a spiritual fight raging for the hearts and minds of both men and women. We are finding ourselves in a scuffle amongst the Christian reality and an ethically uncaring culture. As a result, we need to form a Christian worldview that will aid us to learn how to reason Christianly. It is simply when we established a biblical worldview that we are able to appropriately comprehend exactly how God narrates to our natural ability, family, neighbors, nations, and substantial belongings (Pope, 2000, para. 13). The foundational elements of a worldview that is based distinctively on a perspective of a life drawn from Judeo-Christian scripture are the understanding of the bible as a whole. Not to pick or choose only the parts that serve our interest. Once you trust that the Bible is completely factual, then you sanction it to be the substratum of everything you verbally express and do (Tackett, n.d., para. 7). The groundwork of the Judeo-Christian moral belief can be recapitulated in the golden rule which Jesus taught His disciples in the book of Matthew. It reads, Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets (Matthew 7:12, King James Version). The Judeo-Christian worldview is also based on the sacredness of human life, individual accountability, a high respect for nuptial, and sympathy for others (Gotquestions.org. para. 3). With the numerous amount of Christian educators being taught through the government system. It is important that we consider the philosophies about education to ensure that parents view education Biblically, as well as compare what the Bible says about the spiritual teaching of children with their personal philosophies. According to the bible teachings, Judeo-Christian demonstrates Jesusrs central message to show love and goodness. Nonetheless, we are in control for humanizing it as best as we can, not in our own strength, but through His. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26, King James Version). Christian Philosophy of Education Even though the term Christian education does not occur in the Bible, it tells us of the ethical and spiritual teaching of believers and children. With that being said, Christian education should be more than just teaching information or knowledge to children. Rather an understanding of wisdom based upon facts as defined in scriptures. The purpose of a Christian education is the guiding of the course of human development in the direction of Godrs purposes for us. One of my favorite scripture comes from the book of 2 Timothy. It reads that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:17, King James Version). When it comes to the metaphysics view, the Christian philosophy is clearly stated in scripture: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1, King James Version). Metaphysical issues relate to questions and meaning of purpose as it relates to Christian philosophy of education is education is the practice that starts at birth; the progress of understanding, abilities and communal mindfulness by a teacher. While, metaphysis merely deals with the first belief (Olaolu, 2017, 2-3). A couple of metaphysical questions that raises the issue is everything that exists an actual entity? Or, are humans free? Metaphysics is also seen as the method in which information is learned and the restriction of this information.

In my opinion, there are less injuries and deaths if panic would not set in. Introduction: The United States’ can trace its famous two party system back to the federalist and Antifederalist parties. Although ideas from each side often clash, our government has key features that trace back to this great debate. Separation of powers, federalism, and even the Bill of Rights are rooted in compromise between Federalist and Antifederalist ideas. Arguably the most important of these is the principle of separation of powers. This principle is observed in the three branches of the national and state government we have today, and the checks and balances system that each must uphold. In writing, Man and the Universe, Pascal reflected his views on what is our place in the world as human beings. Pascals writing shows a harmony between mathematical certainty and moral truths in support of his argument. In his Pensees or Thoughts, Pascal hoped to integrate scientific progress with the notion of humankinds fallen state. Many suggest that Pascal is the master of paradox. A paradox is an idea or situation that appears to contradict itself but that is nevertheless true. The purpose of a paradox is to provoke fresh thought and draw the readers attention. An example of a paradox is the statement, Less is more. In addressing his point of view of the universe, Pascal wrote, I will picture to him not only the visible universe, but the conceivable immensity of nature, in the compass of this abbreviation of an atom. Pascal reduces the apparently infinitely great and large to its actual small position. Pascal uses this paradox to show the universe and its great magnitude compared to an atom. The American Heritage Dictionary defines the word, magnitude as greatness in size or extent. In mathematics and physics, the term magnitude is used to describe the amount or quantity of an object or equation. An example of this is the volume of a sphere or the length of a vector. In chemistry, the atom is the smallest unit of an element. This is a paradox because something great in size as the universe is obviously not the size of an atom. When Pascal wrote this, he did not intend to make it something literal; as in showing a comparison between the universe and an atom. Rather, it was meant to be something figurative. In Pascals point of view, the world (the earth) is an atom. The element involved in Pascals paradox is the universe itself. Therefore, it is implied that the universe, or the element, is composed of a great amount of planets, or atoms. Pascal speaks to mankind, let him view therein an infinity of worlds, each of which has its firmament, its planets, its earth, in the same proportion as the visible world. It is implied that man has the knowledge that they are very small beings compared to the greatness and vastness of the universe. Imagine man as being as a grain of sand within the extent a desert. We are a grain of sand. Composed with many other grains, we are able to make the desert. It is microscopic in comparison to the immensity of the desert. The universe is just a little dot in nature; a spec in nature. Our ideas and thoughts are also a spec in the midst of the infinite. Paradoxically, greatness is shown to be the illusion of relative perspective. Pascal changes perspective in order to view the same object as a world in itself relative to the number and complexity of its divisions. This is mathematical. When we divide, we are not a whole any longer. They can be sprayed from a small cylinder with compressed air, spread by guided missiles, dispersed as a powder from aircraft, or used in a cluster of bombs. The danger is the potential for these biological agents, if successful in infecting a population, can be spread quickly. The U.S. Navy tested the effectiveness of Biological weapons on a metropolis in November of 1950. They released harmless bacteria off the California coast, sufficient to contaminate 117 square miles of the San Francisco Bay area. Scientists reported that nearly all of the 800,000 inhabitants of the city had inhaled the bacteria (Hay, 1984). To cause an epidemic, an enemy would select a highly contagious virus or bacteria. They would decide whether to use an extremely lethal agent or one that would temporarily incapacitate a population or army to weaken defenses. Most biological weapons are influenza viruses or pneumonic plague bacillus. These meet the requirement of being highly contagious by human contact. As an example, an estimated 20 million people died in the great influenza pandemic of 1918 and 1919 – just three percent of those infected. Surprisingly, then, this great loss of life actually represents a low mortality rate (Solomon, 1999). For incapacitating the target, brucellosis is preferred. This is a chronic infection caused by the Brucella species of bacteria. A person can be infected by skin contact, by eating or drinking infected material, or by inhaling the organism. This is also an agent that can be produced easily in fermenters. Symptoms vary, but common are a severe chill, a recurring fever, sweating, headache, loss of appetite, extreme exhaustion, aching joints and depression. The symptoms last upwards of four weeks, but relapses can continue for years (Hay, 1984). The most well known form of brucellosis is anthrax. Aggressors favor this primarily because it is lethal and relatively easy to manufacture. Anthrax is caused by the bacterium bacillus anthracis, and is spread by skin contact, contact with infected animals, or by inhaling or ingesting the agent. The mortality rate is highest when infected by inhalation, at eighty per cent of untreated cases. The danger of anthrax is long term as well. There are a wide range of chat show styles but they all conform to the same basic conventions. The conventions are that the host is famous and often comes from a journalistic background and their show is named after them. The guests are famous people and come on to the shows to promote themselves etc. the set is basic with just a few chairs and sometimes a table and also there is an audience who are in the studio watching the show live. In the traditional style chat shows these conventions are followed as if they were law. In the newer forms of chat shows these rules aren’t followed as closely. He enters at the top of a staircase to the theme music from the show and walks slowly to his seat; this grand entrance is a convention of a typical television chat show. It is at this point that it becomes clear who is in charge of the show. Compared with this grand entrance the entrances of Parkinson’s guests are mediocre. Elton john entrance is from the side of the stage probably because he had just been performing his latest song. When Parkinson introduces Elton john he is full of compliments and the language he uses is full of flattery. He refers to Elton john as ‘a superstar of Rock and Roll’ and ‘lately ennobled’. This may be used to make Elton feel relaxed and confident. He uses these phrases so that the audience will have to guess who the guest is and this will help to create suspense amongst the audience because he does not mention his guests name until the end of his monologue. The body language of Parkinson is open and appealing, this is so that the guest will feel relaxed in his company and will answer his questions more openly. Elton’s body language shows that e is defensive and doesn’t want to reveal too much to his host. The style of questioning used by Parkinson is set so that it would help Elton to open up and become more confident in the answers he gives. Although the questions were probably agreed before the show they will still tell the audience what they want to know about the guest. Elton Johns appearance on the show in terms of his reasons for being on the programme fulfil the conventions of a chat show because he is on the show to promote something that he is doing at the moment in his career and one of the conventions of a chat show is that the guest in famous and appears on the show to promote there career. The set for the show is simple yet sophisticated. It has a pale blue background which is used to relax the interviewee and it gives the studio a modern look. Also there is a hint of pink which would make the studio warm and homely. The guest and host sit close together separated only by a small table. The guests who had appeared earlier on in the show sit further away from the host but they are still quite close. There are probably four cameras used to film this show. One camera will cover both host and guest, this would be used when the host is asking a question. Two cameras would cover the host and his guest individually, these cameras would be used to show the person who is speaking. The final camera is used to cover all four people that are on the stage. Most of the cameras are fixed and would just cut from shot to shot throughout the show. When the guest is speaking they would use a big close-up to show their facial expressions and emotions. The audience only participate in the show when a guest or the host enters onto the stage or when a guest finishes a performance. Ian Wright is a light weight chat show host when compared with Parkinson. His show ‘Friday nights all Wright’ is not as well known as ‘Parkinson’ and it is targeted towards the younger generation viewers. It is not a very conservative show which is a characteristic of the house style of I. T. V 1 which is not a conservative channel. His reputation as a chat show host is limited but his reputation as a footballer is legendary. Ian Wright’s dress code reflects the style of the show. He is wearing a black short sleeved t-shirt and imitation leather pants. The style of the show is also tacky compared to the sophisticated ‘Parkinson’. In the clip Ian Wright comes onto the show to loud music, this music is similar to the type of music played in night clubs and it gives the impression that this show is modern. Prince Naseem enters onto the stage accompanied by the same loud music played when he enters the boxing ring. He goes straight to Ian Wright and ‘high-fives’ him and then he goes into the audience and interacts with them. He walks through the audience and plays up to them and shakes hands with them. When he returns to the stage he once again high fives Wright. When he takes his seat naseem sits with his arms open wide, this show that he is confident and cocky. The opening question asked by Ian Wright is ‘so why did it take you so long to get in the ring? ‘ he uses this question as a joke to make naseem feel at home. He also adds ‘talk to me’ in a Jamaican accent to make the audience laugh. The language used throughout the show is slang and it is not very sophisticated and this echoes the style of the show. The set is cheap and simple with a fake brick wall background to give a feel of the inside of a house and there is a mural of the country side on another wall which I think is supposed to give a calming and relaxing effect. The host sits on a simple purple leather chair with a table with a C. C. T. V screen on top of it. Then there is another simple purple sofa for the guest to sit on. There are two steps down from the stage and in this area the audience sit in groups on simple chairs around small tables as if they were in a pub or night club. In the corner of the studio there is a cage containing football fans. I think that there are probably three cameras, the first is at the back of the studio and is used to show the guest, host and audience together and the second and third cameras are used so that both the host and guest have individual shots when they are speaking. The audience participate more in this show than in ‘Parkinson’ because they shake hands with the guest when he enters and also they laugh a lot more than in Parkinson and the laughing is not forced as it often is in Parkinson. The most effect of these two chat shows is probably ‘Parkinson’ because it will appeal to a wider audience than ‘Friday nights all Wright’ and also the guest will be more sophisticated and well known than those on Ian Wrights show. It is difficult to measure the cost of living because prices are constantly changing, meaning cost of products will change too. Prices will change for instance due to increases in costs or inflation, so if a can coke was $1 in 2000, due to an increase in wage demands, costs have increased and thus the selling price of coke has increased to $2 in 2001. This happens to many commodities in the market and as a result of that it is difficult to measure the price of products as that are constantly changing over a period of time. The quality of products also changes, however this will appear on the cost of living index. For instance computers, CD players, televisions are of better quality now than they were before and that is why their prices have increased. However only the price of the product will be mentioned in the index, not the fact that its quality has been improved. Their design and performance also changes. So a price change will accompany the introduction of a new model or an improved design. Therefore it is difficult to assess the real nature of the price change. An example is the price if BMW cars has increased by 10 percent, but the quality, performance and design of the new model is much better and superior to that of the older model, has the exchange value increased or decreased?
